Lago Store – using Google AdWords as their main promotion tools to reach clients


I’m Marco Fabris and I coordinate
digital marketing for Lago. I’m Simone Goffo,
Digital Marketing Account Executive. Lago’s main business is the production
and distribution of designer furniture, with 35 monobrands in Europe and abroad,
and 900 stores around the world. The tool we use most for promotion is Google AdWords, as it allows us to intercept
users’ searches in real time. We can intercept people who know us
and help to route their searches, as well as intercepting those looking for similar
products to ours who might not be familiar with us. We create local interest in our sector
to help promote our sales network, and in the last two years,
annual turnover has grown by 8–9%. We really like Google tools because they’re
a very powerful sociological device, helping us understand what people think
and what the consumer is doing.
