When you add your short name to your Google My Business listing, you’ll make it possible for users to find your profile by only entering the short name URL in their address bar. It’s recommended that you make your short name as distinct as possible by including your location in it, as well as keeping it simple so that customers can remember it easily. And finally, if you have multiple locations, make sure you add them all.
